How often do I need to work out?

Our quick, efficient workouts require only 2-3 sessions per week to see results.

Are your programs beginner-friendly?

Yes! Our programs are specifically designed to accommodate beginners and help them build a strong foundation. It’s never too late to start, ages range from late 50’s to 80’s!

Who creates the workout programs?

All programs are expertly programmed by a Certified Personal Trainer that specializes in training/coaching the older adult to ensure safety and effectiveness. A movement assessment is performed to make sure the right plan is created for you.

Will I have guidance during workouts?

Absolutely! Every session is coached by a Certified Personal Trainer to guide and support you throughout.

How do you help me stay accountable?

Your personal coach checks in regularly to keep you on track and motivated. Plus, working out with like-minded individuals makes it easier to stay consistent and committed.

What time are classes given?

Classes are held in the mornings between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM
